From the first bite to the last, our dinner here was nothing short of spectacular — both in flavor and presentation. Spanish Tortilla with Padrón Peppers The Spanish omelette was perfectly golden with a soft, custardy center — just as it should be. The texture was smooth and comforting, enhanced beautifully by the charred, blistered Padrón peppers on the side. Lightly salted and slightly smoky, they added a wonderful earthy contrast. Grilled Beef with Grilled Veggies This dish was a showstopper. The beef was seared to a perfect medium-rare — tender, juicy, and intensely flavorful, with a rich balsamic glaze that added a subtle sweetness. The grilled vegetables, including asparagus, zucchini, and peppers, were not just a side — they were stars in their own right, beautifully caramelized and seasoned. Seafood Paella The seafood paella was a real highlight. The rice was infused with deep, savory saffron and seafood flavors, and cooked to that perfect “socarrat” crispness at the bottom. Mussels, prawns, and clams were fresh and plump, arranged artfully for a dish that tasted as stunning as it looked. Croquetas with Jamón A brilliant start to the meal! Crispy golden croquettes, delicately rich and creamy inside, were topped with thin slices of jamón that melted in the mouth. They sat atop a dab of aioli, adding a smooth garlic punch.
