Spanish Tortilla with Padrón Peppers The Spanish omelette was perfectly golden with a soft, custardy center — just as it should be. The texture was smooth and comforting, enhanced beautifully by the charred, blistered Padrón peppers on the side. Lightly salted and slightly smoky, they added a wonderful earthy contrast. Grilled Beef with Grilled Veggies This dish was a showstopper. The beef was seared to a perfect medium-rare — tender, juicy, and intensely flavorful, with a rich balsamic glaze that added a subtle sweetness.
