Chips are never very nice and the potato scollops are sometimes undercooked and not crispy. same as the fish it's often very nice then over cooked the next time... read more Chips are never very nice and the potato scollops are sometimes undercooked and not crispy. same as the fish it's often very nice then over cooked the next time. i also had a lovely chicken schnitzel there once ,so i recommended it to family and...we all bought one on next visit ,but they were awful no bacon and very little sauce in the caesar schnitzel. opening hours are not great why have a take away and not be open until at least 8.30 pm? seeing the staff smoke is a real turn off even if they walk away from the front of shop customers know what they are doing . not a good look.

The first time,... read more I have been purchasing food from this restaurant regularly for the past 6 months. However, the last two times we had missing parts of our order. The first time, I didn't say anything, but when it happened again this evening, I mentioned it to the staff. Their response was just to order more next time, with no apology or explanation. Furthermore, when I checked my bank account after paying for this evening's meal with my debit card, I saw that I had been charged an additional 44 cents without being informed of this fee beforehand. I believe it's important to support local businesses, but if they don't provide good service, then I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Also don't rate staff smoking in the alley way when they're not busy then coming into serve after that without washing hands!! Definitely won't go back.
