Kaptn Brass - Koserow

Rude operation, rolls with eyes when what is additionally ordered and the food is not recommended, little taste and only on the dish shame about the money

We were allowed to go with dog to the restaurant, which is beautifully decorated. The service was fast and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was too lush (in any case for us pensioners) and little taste, here would have been less mass and more taste better. From price simply acceptable.

The service is very reserved. The breakfast of the farmer was provided with spices, but it was not tasted. The service personnel called salt and pepper on the table. The potatoes were mostly raw snorpst at meal) . The supplement Krautsalat has cost as from the can. It was recommended with advertising signs dishes that have already been sold out... then you should remove these shields and not go to the customer hatch. We cannot recommend this location.

At the end of our holiday we arrived in Kapn Brass. It was the culinary highlight of the trip. The baking fish is looking for its same, wonderfully juicy fish and a crispy panade. No drop of oil too much that often runs over the plate. The homemade Remoulade was super and swhe recommended. The fish plate was also wonderful. Perfectly roasted fish, glassy juicy and cooked to the point. The vegetables of the season were crisp, good blunt and tasty. The staff was very friendly, motivated and fixed.

The fish was oily and tasted very much rancid. Generally, the food was too fat, salty and oily. Not recommended!
