Was a pretty good experience this time
The Kosciusko location offers both KFC and Taco Bell. The food is fantastic, but I awarded a 5-star rating mainly because of the friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful staff.
We have always been fans of KFC, but during our recent visits, we've repeatedly received fries instead of mashed potatoes when we requested the latter. Unfortunately, we were informed that we couldn't make that order due to a shortage. If they don't have enough to fulfill the request, it should really be taken off the menu.
Today, September 13, 2021, I want to extend a huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Natosha Brown for her outstanding customer service! We encountered an issue on Friday night, but she managed it with such professionalism, making the entire experience so much better. KFC, you truly have a gem in Natosha at your store, so be sure to treat her well! Thank you once again, Natosha.

We used to be big fans of KFC, but our recent visits have been quite disappointing. During our last trip, they were out of potatoes, and when we tried to order the big bucket with half original and half dark meat, they said they couldn’t fulfill the order due to insufficient chicken. If items aren’t consistently available, they should be taken off the menu.
