T.g.i. Friday's - Kopavogur Island

Excellent restaurant. The food was amazing. So wonderful. The Cesar salad and the BBQ ribs are so yummy. The environment is so nice. We like very much. Our waiter was really great but our waitress was not very nice. Very cool place.

Went there for my birthday. Drinks came reasonably fast. I ordered the bone bowl which had pieces of ribs and chicken wings layered on top of what seemed to be a kilo of french fries and apparently that menu item was supposed to be for 2 and I had no idea. Other than that I had a good time and ate good food.

The food may be fine but the service is ridiculously lackadaisical. A set of small orders took an hour to come out even though the restaurant was less than half full. Suffice it to say that if this restaurant were in the tourist district it would never survive. It lives on a captive audience of Icelandic mall-goers who suffer for it.

Empty restaurant with terrible service. Food tasted like it was microwaved and burger was way overcooked. Price is ridiculous but ice cream was nice.

Service was dreadfull, We Ordered 1 onion ring basket for appetiser and 2 whiskey glazed chicken breast meals for main course. We got 2 onion rings and after waiting 45 minutes for our main course we decided to ask about it and appearantly it was never put into the order. We decided to leave and they still charged us the 2 onion ring baskets. I do not recommend this restaurant use your money for an actual good restaurant with good service.
