We had a break during our walk in the old town. We enjoyed sitting outside the afternoon sun. You can also sit inside if you wish, but there is not so much space. On the day of our visit there were not so many cakes to decide so that we had the bubble waffle and a milkshake. Both very good, made of high-quality ingredients. Overall we liked it, but it was a bit too expensive for this location and type of a place.

I stopped by Gladina on a cold December day when the city was pretty crowded because of the Christmas markets. It was a nice break for me, this little café has such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere! The simple decoration in bright colors, soft music and lighting, the friendly setting of the owners: it is a place where you feel comfortable. I am a big fan of Black Forest Cherry cakes, I had a piece of it with a delicious cup of tea prepared with the high-quality leaves from the tea shop next door. Well, it was to die! When I left the café, I was happy and felt so good, my time was precious!

We're here today for cakes, coffee and tea. Very nice apple cake, raspberry cake and beesting were exceptional!! So light and fresh fresh fresh!!! Best coffee we had for days and great tea selection! Nice staff that didn't make it that we didn't speak German and were very friendly. Very recommended for afternoon or morning tea

You have a lot of choice for yogurt, ice cream and cakes. We have cakes and coffee here. Both are good. Recommended.

After having had a terrible snack at another place (the identity of which I will not disclose out of charity), my wife and I walked into Gladina to wash the taste of the meal from our taste buds with a dessert. We were immediately transplanted into gustatory heaven! I can quite literally say that the Apfelkuchen (apple cake with crumble on top) was the best I have ever tasted in my life, surpassing even the similar Szarlotka that I have enjoyed in many Polish towns. The apples were clearly fresh from the orchard and the crust was delicious! My wife had a chocolate cake that was also incredibly tasty. As it was a cold day, I also had a herbal tea, and to my pleasant surprise it was a genuine infusion and not the usual teabag variety, and was served piping hot. They also serve ice cream and frozen yogurt, although as it was very cold outside, we were not tempted by them. But if they are anything like their cakes, they must be splendid as well. This is definitely a place worth going out of your way for and as we ruefully realized a few days later when we tried to return on a Sunday, we are not the only ones to think so, as this time it was packed to full capacity, with additional people queuing just to buy cakes to take home. My advice is to go during the week and in the early afternoon. Enjoy!
