Here's the reason for the 3 star: I don't understand and my coworkers feel the same way, is why the owner parks their blue truck next to histrailer when the parking lot is already tight. Countless times I've narrowly hit it or had to just squeeze by. We don't even tryto visit on a weekend as it's nearly impossible to park. We love the food but could you just make it easier on your customers tovisit you?

The 100% awesome burger held up to its name. Instead of piling on a bunch of ingredients to make a burger too tall to eat, the star of the burger was the meat. The meat was really flavorful. We were impressed. Tater tot waffle wasnice and crispy.

My personal favorite was the Awesome Burger, but honestly they were each so different, I am not sure I could really pick. My family had bought all threeand shared them. Portions are big. This food truck was a late find on one of our last days in Kauai. I cannot say this enough,you must eat food from this food truck before you leave!
