This place is close to Byculla station on the East side. At a walking distance from station you will find this place. This is one of the oldest Irani cafe you will find. Good for snacks. You can try out items like Bun, Bun maska, Chai, Omelette, Patties, Bakery items, etc. Ordered Meetha Khaari; which was unusual but it really tastes Good. You can have this item with Chai also
Visited this gem of a restaurant cum bakery cum general store right outside byculla station east. The store was up and running by 930am. Typical Parsi vibes! <br/ <br/ The cafe is minimal. They bake their own breads. The service is fast. I ordered the classic <br/ 1. Pallonji raspberry soda
This place is located exactly outside byculla station....<br/ And it is great for people who travel on trains....<br/ It also has a bakery which will provide you with freshly baked products.....<br/ I often get my breads from there....<br/
Rustic ambiance reminded me of olden times. Love the place. The loft, the boards, the antique clock, glass jars everything is amazing. We ordered kheema fry, it was perfect. Beautifully cooked. Subtly spiced. Just the perfect consistency. The omelette with cheese and chicken was good. If the chicken and cheese was incorporated into the omellete it would have been even better rather than putting it in the fold. The bun maska was nice. The caramel custard was out of the world. Just a little more caramel and I would be in heaven.Service: warm and friendly.
One of the oldest restaurant of south Mumbai.Speciality Bakery items mainly Pestry.Reasonable, Wooden Ambience, Near Byculla Railway Station (East).
