Consisting of East Asian as well as Indian cuisine, House of Asia is a restaurant with a lovely blend. The décor is good, with a mix of chairs as well as sofas at some places, with the menu placed on the table itself. Staff was polite, helpful friendly. Thank you @themiradorhotel for Enchanting Sunday Brunch experience and what can I ask more to Feast in culinary heaven. It 's a time of Cultural Fest, similarly it 's time of Cultural Feast also. Attended 'Great Indian Food Festival ' organised by @themiradorhotel . Bring a Sunday I was more excited to eat more food as it was a Sunday Brunch too. Dining here since years, one thing I realized that, they never compromise on quality. Everything cooked fresh, served hot and fresh. I almost ate every thing on buffet they prepared. Below is review. Started with cool and refreshing Kokum Sharbat. Authentic taste. Little sour and sweet too. Sweet corn soup nice and sweet. No spice at all. Paneer Tawa Pasanda Couple of Paneer Slices stuffed with some masala in between. Nicely roasted till it became crisp on the edges. Ditto with Kale Chane ki Tikki which had more masala stuffing. Had with chatnis to bump up the taste. I love Awadhi Chatni though. It was so creamy and nicely balanced. Also had Baby corn Satay and Tofu in Garlic sauce. Nice and crisp. Tofu was soft. Veg Tokyo Noodles had a strong wok flavor which was exactly required. In mains I had Paneer Bhurji, Soya Chop, Veg Kheema. Veg Kheema stood out. Had mashed vegetables. Serves with Butter Pav. Also I had Anjeer Malai Kofta Curry Extremely flavorsome. Strong punch of cardamom, clove. Rich gravy. Served with Stuffed Kulcha, Aloo Paratha, Cheese Naan. In Rice I had Palak, Methi and Dal Khichadi. Methi was not too bitter but you immediately taste that Smoky aroma and dal too. Add some ghee to it, raita too and you Wil love this. I also had Thai curry and sticky rice which is my favorite. Strong coconut, aromatic rich gray, broccolis and other vegetables were part. Salads were fresh too. I was not huge on dessert this time as I had lot of stuffs. Lol. I loved Mango Yogurt, Mango Malai, pastries were soft and melts in mouth. Lemon Mojito to settle down everything at last. What a meal. I love the authenticity of dishes. Main course live counters where you customise your order. Definitely, A Sunday to remember!
Would definitely recommend this place for a foodie. What can i say... What a good food quality and presentation. I loved all the items that were available at the buffet. Staff was well mannered and presentable. Also the service was quick. They had lots of options for deserts. This place is a must go go for offices goers around the place. This resto is inside hotel Mirador.
Boy, this place is amazing or what? Located near the airport road HOUSE OF ASIA is a fine dine restaura nt inside the epic HOTEL MIRADOR. Got a chance to review their new menu called TDH. So in TDH you get to choose 3 starters, 2 main course, soup of the day, dessert bar, salad bar, dal, rice and Indian breads. Full portions served. What we had... Started off with shots of guava coolers and some other mocktails. Salads Poached Pear Arugula Salad I love Arugula Salads and this one had poached pears which added that extra kick. Dual Zucchini Salad Loved this salad. The best part was that the salad bar had these cute little cups kept where in you could fill small portions of the salads. (to avoid wastage Penne Pasta Salad Nothing can go wrong in a pasta salad. And if it has pesto, then it's OMG. Soup of the day was the Veg. Hot and Sour Soup : Starters Gulkhand Paneer Tikka with Awadhi Yellow Chilly Chutney The yellow chutney was so well made, you could just eat it like that. Gulkhand in paneer? Yes, a sweet twist of the regular paneer tikka. This dish was very well made and had a great taste. Not too sweet not too charred. Kung Pao Potatoes It's everyone's favorite. You know how it is. Cuon Chay Spring Roll Loved the rolls because of the loaded filling, mild taste and less oily. Crackling Spinach Had this dish quite a lot everywhere but this one was a little different. The spinach was very well fried and was light too. The oil content was smartly used in this dish. Kakori Kebabs Oh wow. The spice effect in this kebab was just right. Mild spicy and well made. Mutton Galauti ulta tawa paratha The kebabs were obviously soft and had a good texture to it. Mini bites of parathas were served at the bottom of the galauti tikkis. Tandoori Lasuni Jhinga The best dish of the evening. The garlic content was so perfect in this dish, wasn't overpowering one bit. Tamarind Prawns This was an oriental dish which was well made. Similar to the manchurian sauce in looks, tangy because of the tamarind. Mains Amritsari Chowk Ke Chole Order this dish without even thinking twice. Probably the best chole i had. It's not at all like a regular chole masala. Dal Tadka Desi Ghee Dal is one dish which every indian loves, eats daily and respects it too : Exactly like this amaze dish. Have it with steam rice. Perfect setting. Buddhas Delights A major no no for me. Didn't enjoy this dish one bit because of the noodles. Something wasn't right in the taste. Too much sweetness. Mapo Tofu Another hit item in the oriental section. Best to have it with Chinese Fried Rice. Desserts The dessert bar was quite amazing. Had a lots of items like Malaga Tiramisu, Fruit plate, Mohanthal, Red Velvet with cheese frosting, Malai Roll and Dark Chocolate Peanut Bluster Pastry. I loved the Mohanthal and the Red Velvet cake. The rest were alright. I mean i really enjoyed these 2 sweets : So next time if you're looking for good food in reasonable price then come to House of Asia and enjoy the food. Thank you Chef Sandeep and the team for curating the TDH menu.
