Subway - Kokomo

Very clean store. Staff are so nice and welcoming. Fast and great service. Loved it

My favorite order is a veggie wrap, and this location always gets it just right. They pack it with plenty of fresh veggies and add the perfect amount of mustard. I highly recommend this Subway!

I went inside to place my order, and when I went to get my drink, I noticed there was standing water in front of the drink station in the lobby. I informed a female employee, and she mentioned they had a leak. However, there was still a significant amount of water everywhere in the drink area. Having worked in food service, I know that when issues like this arise, we typically mop it up, place a wet floor sign, use a bucket to catch any leaks, or call a plumber right away to fix the problem. I'm not sure what they did, but the standing water was really off-putting for me.

This Subway restaurant and its staff were quite surprising, mainly due to the Halloween decorations and the interactive theme. While it was fitting for the season, it was also a bit unsettling in a way that added to the experience. They really embraced the Halloween spirit, and my stepson, who is quite small, loved it and had a fantastic time. My wife, who is also petite at five foot three inches, enjoyed herself as well. As someone who is six foot two inches tall, I found the entire experience at this location delightful, despite the somewhat unsettling decorations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Halloween; it's a lot of fun!
