The service was very disappointing. We had to wait around 10 minutes just to place our drink orders. Our server was difficult to locate for refills, as he seemed to be occupied in another room most of the time. The food arrived lukewarm, and we were missing a baked potato. By the time we finally received it, most of our meal had already been eaten. We ended up having to get up to find our server in order to get our bill, and when he finally brought it to us, it wasn’t even the correct one.

We always have a great experience at Red Lobster, especially in Kokomo, Indiana. The service is excellent, and we are usually seated quickly.

The service was exceptional. The food was served hot and tasted fantastic. We had a delightful dinner experience thanks to the excellent service!

We were quickly greeted and our drink orders were taken right away. The server gave us a few moments to decide on our meals, then took our order, and the food arrived in no time. The waitress was fantastic!
