Mcdonald's - Kokomo

The tall highchairs are extremely dirty and cannot be used. Despite having many employees, cleanliness is still an issue at this restaurant.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating, but the food was lacking moisture and was not served hot or freshly made to order.

I have the McDonald's app, so I can order online and earn points. My order is ready when I arrive, whether I choose to dine in or use the drive-thru. I enjoy their chicken nuggets and the discounts available through their online app.

They have improved so much. they have become faster than they are going through. a couple of months ago, I would come by and they would only change every few minutes. the crew members and managers are friendly, morning and evening layers. I now use the mobile app and I get my food within 10 minutes to order my order.

3 stars not fair to reflect on this location, just wish the McD's app was up to par and worked better. Dissapointing to plan ahead and order so it's ready, due to limited lunch time, but wait longer than you would if you just waited in drive thru with all others.
