The sandwiches were also delicious, their #10 is my ride or die HAHA!Fully plan to return. Love Jimmy John’s food, and the service at this particular location is just stellar. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!!!
Excellent customer service! Called to see if they had any day old bread,and they did. I said I will take 6 loaves and will be in in a few minutes. Went in cashier had it all ready to go. Super super nice guy. Thank you Jimmy Johns for your outstanding customer service.

I ordered a sandwich. It was delivered and was made incorrectly. I called them, they first argued on the phone with me that they made the sandwich correctly when it was plain to my eyes that they did not, so basically they called me, their customer, a liar!! Then secondly, on THEIR MISTAKE, they wanted me to bring back in the sandwich, in which I specifically had it delivered for a reason, instead of delivering the correct sandwich in the first place. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I was more than willing the give them the incorrect sandwich back if they only had delivered the correct sandwich. I have ordered from Jimmy John's plenty of times from by where I work in Indianapolis and have never had an issue with customer service, had them argue with me, their customer, and have always bent over backwards to accommodate me the customer. So just warning you that if you get the incorrect order, expect them to argue with you and expect you to bring them back the incorrect order after it was delivered to you, defeating the entire purpose of a delivery service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
