Country Catfish - Kokomo

Many restaurants serve mediocre fish, but here you have the option of fried or grilled, and I decided to try both. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I preferred the grilled version. The fish was flavorful, and the coleslaw complemented it perfectly. Hush puppies were automatically brought to the table, and although they looked plain, they were mildly sweet and quite tasty. The sour cream and chive fritters were also delicious. I didn’t order dessert on this visit. The restaurant was a bit understaffed that day, with only one waitress serving seven or eight tables, but she handled everything admirably. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Our waitress was incredible—she was very friendly and attentive. However, the man who worked with her lacked any customer service skills. He didn't speak much and seemed quite grumpy. Despite this, I won't let my experience with him overshadow the overall visit. The fish was fantastic, and our waitress made the evening enjoyable. I believe they should consider promoting her to a manager instead of having someone without customer service skills in a position that requires interaction with customers.

The food was served quickly. eating was hot and fresh! I love her catfish dinner. my grandparents brought me to the church when I was perhaps only 6 and now my dad takes my daughter and I to the church there. 25 years good eating and good memories

My man and I had one of the best dinners we ever had at country catfish. we had the big catfish dinner and the cat was excellent. the domestic riders were delicious as the green beans and the hush were the absolute best we ever had. this is my first assessment ever, but I felt compelled to share this wonderful place!

Got the large catfish dinner and split the meal with another person. $20 for both of us to eat. Tons of catfish, 2 side dishes and drinks. We had left overs. Waitress was really nice too.
