My kids are 5 and 1 so it's perfect for their age. The kiddos had a blast as always, staff was great and clean as always. However had a few toys out of order but we always have a good experience. View all feedback.
What doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
The staff there was really nice, especially the lady at the front counter (ty again). The games were fun, even for adults lol. But the food was cold and dried out and the place wasn't as clean as it should be. This isn't the only Chuck E. Cheese like this though unfortunately. Terrible...ran out of cups, didnt have plates, we had to ask, game card took forever to register with games, you waste most of the minutes trying to get it to read, no parmesan or peppers available without asking....not a good experience, need to get new manager. Wont be back
My kids really enjoyed the time spent there. Not crowded, quick friendly service, and I appreciate the security precautions.
Kids had a great time playing all the games! Robot chuck e. Needs updated , he didn't dance very well.
Horrible experience honestly. Too short staff waited for ever just to get checked in. Tried to order app sampler but couldn't get bread or pizza because they was out of dough. We went there because my lil ones birthday and that's where she wanted to go couldn't get what she wanted to eat other than that she was enjoying it but still not the experience we was hoping for.
We took my five-year-old granddaughter to celebrate her birthday, and the only highlight was the pizza, which was at least edible. The service was disappointing since there was only one staff member on duty, even though we were the only customers. Additionally, the card system for the games was frustrating, as it hardly functioned. Overall, it felt like we paid too much for what we received.
