Bob Evans - Kokomo

I had a disappointing experience at the Bob Evans in Kokomo, Indiana. We were seated immediately, and I ordered my eggs over medium along with a cheese omelet. After about 45 minutes of waiting, our food finally arrived, but the cheese in the omelet was still cold and firm. Additionally, the server never offered or brought jelly for the toast. I understand that staffing issues can arise, but it would have been considerate for the server to inform us beforehand that our wait would be that long, so we could have chosen to eat elsewhere. Overall, there was a lack of customer consideration, and it will be quite some time before I return to another Bob Evans restaurant.

Wow, I've been visiting this restaurant for about 20 years on my way to the Howard County Vietnam Veterans Reunion on the third Saturday in September, but I've never been so disappointed. We waited 45 minutes and still hadn't received our meal, so we decided to leave. I understand that staffing issues can be a challenge, but we all have to work within our means and limitations. It might be helpful to put a sign outside indicating the current wait time, so customers can make an informed decision about whether to stay or go. Thank you for your attention.

I had a terrible experience. We were seated right away, and our server quickly took our order for eggs over medium and a cheese omelet. However, the food took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, and the cheese in the omelet was still cold and stiff. Additionally, the server never offered or brought any jelly for the toast. I understand that there may be staffing shortages, but all the server needed to do was let us know before we ordered that there would be a 45-minute wait, so we could decide if we wanted to try another place. There was no consideration for the customer at all, and it will be a long time before I step into another Bob Evans restaurant again.

Very friendly people. the command took awhile to come to us and then it had a simple mistake (for no Hollandaise sauce sat down) manager compiled our whole meal for them. eating was still fantastic and they immediately corrected food. would definitely go back.

I liked this place very much: the drinks come in jars, the sweet tee was fresh and tasty, our appetizer was so good I forgot to make a picture and our wait was quite short, how busy it was next door! I have the mini picnic and the huh was amazing! our server was also very nice and attentive! here is my secret tip when they have the opportunity to have two sides are steamed broccoli and mac n cheese, they are great on their own but addictive together! will definitely visit again!
