Arby's - Kokomo

I thoroughly enjoyed dining at this restaurant. I especially loved the gyros, and my girlfriend adores the pecan chicken wraps when they are in season.

I can't remember the last time I had such great customer service at a drive-thru. Koby is a very kind person! Arby's should really value this young man, as there aren't many like him out there!

This particular location has its positives and negatives. The service can be hit or miss, depending on who's working the drive-thru. Your order and register transaction may not always be accurate, but typically they are. The staff at the speaker and windows may not be very enthusiastic, but they are quick. They usually provide enough napkins, but not extra. The orders are likely to be correct and served hot. The food tastes like any other Arby's. Your drink may have too much or too little ice, but they usually remember to include a straw. Overall, it is not the best fast food experience you will have, but it will be sufficient.

I don't even want to give this place a star. I just had a terrible experience with the male employee who was extremely rude. Even when the manager showed up at the window, she was also rude and slammed the window on us. I have never experienced such disrespectful service. If you plan to visit this restaurant, don't waste your time on the link that the owner sends, as it is not worth it. Overall, a disappointing and unpleasant visit.
