After visiting the fortress in Königstein, hunger was great and so we looked for a nice return. Well, what a stranger do to call tourist information. Only unfortunately the recommended restaurant had closed the day and as we didn't want to look long, we went around the corner to the Sachsenstübel. And as fate so desires, it was not a bad pleasure The restaurant Sachsenstübel is quite small: 5 tables for a total of 30 seats are then very narrow! The equipment and ambience are quite simple and so were our expectations. The friendly greeting of the other guests surprised us and in the second the menu, which is very diverse and offers good German cuisine. In addition to the self-made sausage and onion meat, roasting and carving with asparagus was simply a hammer! We were all gone and hadn't eaten so well for a long time! The whole thing went super fast, even though we had 14 dishes! And the prices are more than cheap (big carving with a lot of asparagus 12EUR ! We were almost trying to go back the next day, but unfortunately the trip was too far! Whoever goes to the Bastei or the fortress forgets the food offer here only! In the neighboring house is still the pension where we were not and therefore cannot say anything. But if she's like the restaurant, she's probably okay!

Small fine hotel, dinner in the evening was very delicious. You can always recommend.

Great! Pleasant short menu, the food was very tasty, additional wishes were great reacted and made everything possible in our sense. The prices are very reasonable, the service has dried the overtime of the full load alone and especially super friendly.

We're here for the first time today and haven't regretted it. We'll be back.

Delicious food, ABER children are apparently not desired. A small tone pumpkin went to break. This was deducted in silence on the invoice under various items. With an invoice of just over 100 euros, then secretly to decorate 3 euros. Sorry.
