However, the quality has... read more The sushi is comparatively more expensive compared to most other sushi services. Basically that's ok because the quality is also good. However, the quality has unfortunately deteriorated somewhat in the last six months (I have been ordering there every month for almost ten years). Even the sushi boxes are no longer of such high quality. The waiting time is usually between one hour and two and a half hours. It's ok if you know it beforehand. Unfortunately, people have now started to pack fewer and fewer soy packets into the boxes, so that there is no longer enough soy sauce for the whole sushi. When I last ordered, I asked the company that it was annoying when you ordered sushi for 60 euros and only two small sachets of soy sauce were included for 24 maki. The employee just said that the soy was enough and that otherwise you could order some more for 50 cents per ten milliliters. With prices so high, you shouldn't skimp on soy sauce, so after ten years we will unfortunately have to look for another sushi supplier. Too bad.

Unfortunately, the customer service on the phone and the drivers aren't as friendly and approachable as one would expect. However, the biggest drawback is that people are smoking in the delivery van. The bag and the packaging materials inside reek of cigarette smoke. This is absolutely unacceptable, hence only 2 stars.
