Even though we were invited, we have no complaints. The food was good, which is the most important thing in a restaurant. I always prefer slightly more expensive places to cheap joints with worse food, so I don't understand the criticism from people who go to a restaurant, see the prices, eat even though they think it's too expensive, and then complain. We enjoyed it and would gladly come again.

I was delighted by the friendliness of the staff. The occasion was my mother's birthday. He gave us a great recommendation; the mussels in saffron cream sauce were amazing. Fries with truffle mayo are always a must. The truffle pasta was also delicious. All in all, a wonderfully successful evening. With a good wine to accompany the meal.

Very surprised by the great kitchen. A gastro magazine for Cologne and more than enthusiastic. Exceptional dishes, high quality, fair prices and reasonable portions! Also many open wines glassy. Operation top, friendly and routined. Even if all tables were occupied at some point! clear recommendation!
Sehr gutes Essen und von Super Personal bedienen lassen, was will man mehr, Francis ist der top Kellner, heute mal Kalbsbraten ......
The food was very delicious. We were, however, very negatively affected when the boss asked us to go out and see if we were not satisfied with the food because we had not left a tip at the waitress. That wasn't true, we had a tip. Regardless of this, I find it not a good host of quality to intercept guests with such an accusation on the sidewalk. Picking up Feed Back is a good idea but such a plump, brunette and accusing communication I don't want to hear as a guest. Nor was there any excuse after we told him he missed it. Very clumsy way that took us the pleasure of reunion.

Tappo is a little gem in Cologne Sülz, and is probably one of the best restaurants in the city. It's hidden in a quiet suburban area, but is worth seeking out. The atmosphere is lovely, the menu always changes, and it is always great. The wine list is fantastic. The waiters are very knowledgeable and welcoming. You are guaranteed a great experience.
We had a super meal we all had something different, and each was delicious. You have got to try the chips with truffles absolutely delicious! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and she could not have been happier with the evening! 10 out of 10 all round.

Super leckeres, kreatives Essen mit einer tollen Weinauswahl und außerordentlich netter, aufmerksamer Bedienung!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben den Zander mit Zitronengnocchi bzw. Wildkräutersalat mit Rinderhüftsteak gegessen, beides ein Gedicht,- schon optisch eine Augenweide. So macht essen gehen richtig Spaß! Ein Wunder, dass es so wenige Bewertungen gibt.
Vor genau einem Jahr haben wir hier mit Freunden einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht, der uns in bester Erinnerung geblieben ist.Das lebhafte Bistro hat uns mit guter Küche, ausgesuchten Weinen und ungewöhnlich gutem Service beeindruckt.Gestern haben wir die Erinnerung aufgefrischt.Wir haben die gleichen Gerichte und Getränke bestellt und sogar am selben Tisch gesessen.Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Bis auf den Jahrgang des portugiesischen "Fabelhaft" Duro-Weines war alles unverändert:Die Fleischqualität der zarten Rumpsteaks, das tolle Thunfisch -Tataki und der saftige Tappo-Burger mit Wildkräutersalat und der Spezialität Trüffel-Pommes Frites mit Trüffelmayonnaise.Nur die Instant-Röstzwiebeln wurden wunschgemäß beim Tappo- Burger weggelassen- die waren vor einem Jahr mein einziger Kritikpunkt.Fazit: Tolles Weinbistro und Restaurant in der Bierstadt. Die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen und Getränke ist unverändert hoch- der Service weiterhin freundlich und aufmerksam.Ein ideales Stammlokal für Freunde beständiger schnörkelloser Küche. Das Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Atmosphäre: super. Unser Maitre d' aufmerksam, nie gestresst, immer freundlich ging er auf unsere diversen Fragen ein. Schön, wie er auch für die Gerichte einstand - absolut überzeugt von der Qualität. Ich hatte die Maronensuppe und Nudeln mit Filetspitzen, war ok - aber meine Freunde hatten den Tuna mit Mangosalat etc. - mega lecker und die Trüffel-Pommes Frites - auch genial. Auch die Filetsteaks waren super zart und perfekt gewürzt. Die empfohlenen Weine waren alle exzellent.
We had a nice evening here! we could get a table on the terrace and so quickly a feeling of vacation. the very dedicated and very friendly staff always gave us first-class recommendations. by wein over all three courses was all high quality and only recommended! ... especially the papagei to dessert had done it to us. we are happy to come back and thank them!
