The old beer showed clear herb notes and barely malty notes; the new has more alcohol, is somewhat darker and has a wider range of flavors. Nevertheless, the old recipe is a little better for me because I appreciate the special herb; but the new composition also has something. Now I also know: Sünner tastes a little different now!
