We could have gotten scammed by a receptionist her name was Mindy she tried to give us the extension of our room for 170€ while it was only 109€ and when we booked our room online she ended up by setting us up with a cola can claiming there was cigarettes inside. Worst service ever and worst experience while we were actually loyal clients to the Steinberg Park hotel Dusseldorf. Need to be stoped from her job for scam
