My order was supposed to be there within 1 hour, after 1.25 I called again and was confirmed that my order would arrive in max. 20 minutes. 20 minutes went by, 30 minutes went by, 40 minutes went by and I called again because a 2 hour wait for an order on a Wednesday evening is already quite long. The order arrived after 2 hours but was inedible. There was a clump of hair in the pizza that could have blocked my drain. At first I thought an insect was baked because there was something black, thick with long legs in the pizza but it turned out to be a tuft of hair. In the next slice of pizza there was another long black hair sticking out of the pizza base... I actually love PizzaMann, but after this experience I probably won't eat out for a while and will prefer to cook myself!

I don 't know what happened here, but if I had to guess, the cleaning lady has taken over the kitchen and now prefers to spend her shifts at the pinball machine while the food is randomly assembled. I ordered full of nostalgia: schnitzel with hollandaise, fries and a large Greek salad. What I got was shock therapy for the palate. The fries: Without salt. WITHOUT. SALT. Was I intentionally put on a low sodium diet? Or did the chef think I would enjoy using my own tears as seasoning?
