At 9:01 PM, I received a call from PIZZA MANN stating that a partial delivery, the gyro plate €15), was unavailable. I decided to accept the employee's offer to refund the €15 via PayPal. This was supposed to happen the following day, but it never happened. Instead, the total amount of €33.90 was debited. This is also very strange, given that the bill shows €33.10, a difference of 80 cents. Despite multiple calls and phone reminders, text messages, and messages on the answering machine, the €15 was not refunded, as promised. This is financial embezzlement and fraud.
