I have always been very satisfied with the taste, temperature, speed and friendliness of the delivery staff. What's a bit annoying is the minimum order value, which forces me to order pizza rolls as well. They are also tasty, but a bit too much for me.

Afte... read more Today was the first time I wasn't happy with an order. It was the chili cheese fries, which were advertised as spicy, but the intensity was pretty intense. After the third forkful, I couldn't eat any more, so I called to give feedback and ask for a solution. At first, they said they couldn't deliver anything else because the food was advertised as spicy...it's the dose that makes the poison ; Then I wanted to write this here, too, and then decided to call again because there was already a bad review about this dish. I felt like crying...a long day, a small child at home, hunger, and a meal I couldn't finish, and I had to throw away €9 (which isn't a small amount . They then kindly delivered me a delicious salad with chicken and yogurt dressing, which I was really happy about! Thank you for finding a solution after all. We will continue ordering there.
