the reservation has worked well. we got a table in a somewhat quieter rear area. two of the courts we had chosen were out without it being noted. our food order was gradually delayed by a few times. the service was friendly, but could not change anything about this. from order it took approx. 45 minutes (or longer? until we got our food (salate and quiche. too long for us. the food itself was good, but what can be do... In Mainzer Hof it is always cozy, the staff is friendly, the food excellent.
The food was average good. The salad was fresh, the salmon was delicious, the potato pancakes were too thick and not very crispy. My extra request was implemented
