Die Fleischgerichte sind auch super und auf den punkt gebracht. Die Menüs wechseln sich und ich freue mich immer wieder auf was neues. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich! Sehr zu empfehlen!

I joined my friend around 8 in the evening and sat with her at one of the small 2 seated tables outside of the restaurant, to the right. When we were ready to order food, my friend ordered first, and I asked the waiter if it was possible to make a backed potato with fish vegetarian. He said it wasn't possible so I decided not to order anything because I wasn't interested in the other choices on the menu. After a moments thought, my friend decided not to eat anything and for us to find another restaurant with a better vegetarian selection. She got up and went to the waiter that had just taken the order and he rudely tells her it is not possible to cancel the order. Wounded and upset she comes back to our table. I've worked in restaurants but n Germany and abroad for over 10 years and no who easy it is to inform the kitchen to stop an order to satisfy a customer. When I went to him, he spoke rude and aggressive to me and I asked someone else who worked their the name of the owner or boss. He said it was Frau Becker and she was on vacation. Seeing I wasn't letting it go, the waiter printed out the bill without the food on it and told my friend angrily to pay and leave. He was so aggressive we thought he might hit one o us, two women dining alone. I have never felt such anger coming from a Kellner and he is obviously in the wrong profession. My friend used to go there on a regular basis but this behavior was so alarming, Hotel Lux has loss a customer. This man should not be working with the public. This happened Friday, July 21st. I would not advise anyone to go there as long as he is around. I'm writing this in English because me written English is better than my German but the entire interaction with him occurred in the German language.
