We came here each night for dinner as we waited as the firefighter fought back the massive fires at home. This group at Hase is above and beyond FIRST...CLASS...the food and service is all AMAZING we ended up staying here unable to go home for 5 tense nights. We felt a sense of home each night when they all welcomed us. We tried everything on the menu and it was all outstanding. This really was a special place for us. We can’t wait to return and visit this GEM that served and comforted us soooo well during a very trying time! Our waiter was really helpful and always availa... read more It is the second time that we visit that restaurant. Even though really busy the service is excellent and quick. Our waiter was really helpful and always available when we needed him. They is no menu, just a board with some five starters, five dishes...and some desserts. It is German cuisine but with a twist. What ever we ordered was really tasty and the quality of the food really good. The wine list has many German wines of good quality as well as European. Some might find it a bit pricey (compared to the normal German restaurants) but i believe that if you are searching for a special dinner the price is justified. We would definitely go back. It’s is recommended to book a table as it seems it’s always busy.

Angefangen von wirklich perfekt servierten Fine de Claire Austern über einen gebräunten Ziegenkäse auf einem sommerlichen Salat mit einem hinreißend abgeschmeckten Dressing kann man nur die Note " sehr gut mit Prädikat" vergeben. Die Tagliatelle mit Kalbsragout und frischem schwarzen Trüffel verführten zunächst den Geruchssinn mit einer Explosion von Trüffelaromen um anschließend am Gaumen zu enttäuschen . Das Ragout vom Kalb war einfach nur flach und fade. Final gerettet wurde dieses Gericht durch die Zugabe eines kostenfrei auf dem Tisch gereichten ital. Olivenöl der Extraklasse. Der Service wirkt etwas künstlich überanstrengt, zuweilen leicht aufdringlich aber immer freundlich . Fazit: Ein Juwel mitten in der Stadt mit Potenzial nach oben . Wir probieren es gerne wieder aus..
