A huge thank you to Malin and the entire service team – so attentive, warm, and clearly enjoying their work! You made us feel completely welcome. To start, we enjoyed a delicate amuse-bouche of heirloom carrots, yuzu caviar, and smoked trout – a little something extra that immediately whetted our appetites. The appetizer, roasted leeks with potato and preserved lemon, was simply divine. For the main course, we had filet mignon, truffle pasta, and braised veal cheeks – pure indulgence, perfectly balanced. ... For a sweet finale, we were treated to enchanting crème brûlée and homemade chocolates As a special highlight, there was also a lovingly decorated birthday cake, which made the lunch a truly personal experience.
