We ordered spring rolls, wonton soup, and tripe as appetizers, and mapo tofu, crispy duck, chicken kung bao, and eggplant as main courses. Everything was delicious! Drink prices were on the higher side.

My husband is actually a very good cook himself and therefore very picky when it comes to food, so it’s really rare for him to praise a restaurant. But here, he genuinely said that every single dish was good. The Shuizhu Pork 水煮肉片 was especially outstanding — the mala chili oil aroma was incredibly fragrant and authentic. We ordered quite a lot of dishes. I was even trying to lose weight and planned not to eat rice, but in the end I couldn’t resist at all The owner kindly told us we could take leftovers home if we couldn’t finish, but honestly… we finished everything, haha! Highly recommended to everyone visiting Cologne — this place is absolutely worth it.
