The Chicken Makhani was very nice, a bit of spice to it compared to some other places - but not too hot. Service was prompt and polite. Rice was included in the price of the curry dishes. We paid ~€17 per head for a curry and a drink each. View all feedback.
What Gaby Dörr doesn't like about Gaylord:
Indian restaurants appeared to be a little rare in Cologne and we were directed towards this venue for a group meal. The decor is very nice and also interesting and is clean and presentable. The first thing that struck me is that they did not offer meat samosas only vegetarian. Secondly the popadoms were terrible and compared to tescos off the shelf type quality. Authentische tolle Gerichte. Lammhackbaellchen Curry sehr zu empfehlen! Schoenes Ambiente! Service koennte ein bischen besser sein. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen:-)
A truly wonderful restaurant. We walked in by chance, looking for a place to get out of the cold wind just as much as a meal. This was our luck, because this restaurant had it all: atmosphere, great service and wonderful food. I shall definitely go back the next time I visit Köln!

Das Restaurant heisst zwar nicht mehr so, aber das Ambiente und das Essen ist immer noch ausgezeichnet und preiswert und die Bedienung sehr angenehm. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Ein relativ kleines atmosphärisches Restauran in Bahnhofsnähe. Von vielen Indern sehr gut besucht; also Reservierung ist notwendig.Sehr gut gewürzte Speisen ohne überwürzt oder zu scharf zu sein. Man schmeckte immer frische Kräuter heraus (Koriander etc.).
