Realistic would be 0 stars! Bad service! Staff (recessive physiotherapy very unfriendly) Perhaps the lady has forgotten that she earns her job and her salary only from recurring customers. Usually the customer should be 'king', but I feel that the lady thinks that you are the main person and the most important. Untreated employee!!!! Absolutely not recommended. Water cold. Fully overcrowded. Totally unfriendly employee

Two of us were asked to leave the thermal spa by the young stellver-debate gourmet as we had a conversation at the bar. Our third one in the covenant also stiess very puffed at, and reported that he had to leave the sauna because he didn't like to sit up, because down in the infusion too little space to wed while infusion, otherwise he would blow in the towel in the face if he didn't leave immediately. For very expensive daily price we were able to pay for the very to conscious over. We wanted to get used to it, but we didn't get it, house ban was just told us.

It's clear that money is to be earned here. But the way is quite indecent! Cleanliness leaves more and more to be desired, and the staff is increasingly aware of the pressure from above. In total, everything is quite sweet, though friendly. But the friendliness is appreciable and artificial. The restaurant, well, it's a snack, more but not! The food has medium canteen quality at best. Anyone who was in the Mediterana in Bergisch Gladbach or in the Carolus Therme in Aachen knows that it is also different. The Department of Physiotherapy is quite miserable. The quality of massages is, carefully formulated, below average and the uncooperative way of appointment is a disaster! Overall, the department makes the impression as if you prefer to work against each other. The head of the department surprisingly even reacts to friendly criticism. There is obviously nothing to change about the states described. The management prefers to encourage its own employees to react to negative reviews with positive counter-assessments. Shade, Claudius-Therme, apparently you stand with your back on the wall. Otherwise, I cannot explain these conditions.

Out on the terrace surrounded by nature....was beautiful. food... read more Fell upon this restaurant, we went in to see the Thermal Baths and found a lovely spot for lunch. Out on the terrace surrounded by nature....was beautiful. food and drinks served by a lovely helpful waitress. Great value. I had the smoked salmon salad and my guest had the Salmon Burger. Will be back again. Thanks for a memorable lunch in Cologne.
