Our family of four (children ages 10 and 12) enjoyed a wonderful (very large portions!) dinner overlooking the Rhein complete with Maltbier for the kiddos and a lovely German wine for the adults! The service was excellent (fast even though very busy), and the food was delicious!

Fina... read more We visited after a sport event in a very busy night. the service was unacceptable, we were ignored by the moment when we began to use English as a tourist. Finally, a member of the staff “let” we stay when we are fast enough. to sit an empty table, and we wanted to give another chance due to the amazing situation. the service has not improved at all, the courses were avarage. I've never experienced being treated differently, just because I'm tourist.

They can have any kind of attitude they like! if they are looking for a place to eat, drink or go with an egg, then maybe somewhere else
