Big selection of cocktails and liquor, small selection of food, easy to get to on the ring bahn, i had a blast here lapping up the sunset before I went out to boogie all night long with some friends visiting Berlin. When the sun is out in Berlin the atmosphere is something else and the more time one spends outside enjoying it the better. Dig sunsets? Come here. Romantic nights applicable. Also reserving a prime deck chair isn't a bad idea.
