Even as quite regular, we were ignored for half an hour before someone came to order our drinks and leave some menus. It took another half an hour to get some bread (no dips or olives). And a stupid comment from Claudio's brother that we should wait to get some bread. The first course was nice, but took time. The main course lasted another hour and until then we were ready to go. No one came to ask us if we wanted more drinks and when we paid ourselves, we were treated like garbage and said we should not be so demanding. We gave no tip to an invoice of 260 euros, good only to treat customers with the respect they deserve. Everyone deserves it. Shocking enough, my family was there 4 weeks ago and experienced sth similar, but the nice waiter Mario was there what made it bearable for them. I wanted to go (back) to my birthday dinner and in the absence of Mario and Claudio in the kitchen) is the worst gastronomic experience we had in a long time. It was a birthday dinner thoroughly pampered. The owner brother is the last person on earth to be in service. Rude and harmful. And the wine brand of 500 is criminal. A simple laguna, which costs 7 euros in the shops, is charged to 42 euros. Surprisingly, they make fun of their customers. We're not going back!
