Speaking of such, Rubi's opened last year after a long time of construction. The place looks like one of these fancy café bars you might know from the village in NYC or in Seattle. The coffee is awesome - beans are from Ernst coffee roasters - and service is attentive. They also serve a selection of home made cakes and a small selection of warm dishes like soups.
