If you're not a great lover o... read more We visited this place twice, first we had breakfast (omelettes) and coffee. Very nice coffee. Omelettes were very salty but tasty. If you're not a great lover of salt i'd recommend to not have these. The second time we popped in we had coffee and cake, which were delicious however upon my partner eating his carrot cake he came across a FINGER NAIL! The waitress said she'd pass this one and offer us anything else, but as you can imagine we didn't really want any other food item from the menu!

We made the mistake of sitting down next door and ordering coffee before we realized that where we were did not serve breakfast but Brownies' next door did. Upo... read more We made the mistake of sitting down next door and ordering coffee before we realized that where we were did not serve breakfast but Brownies' next door did. Upon our discovery, Mr. asked the delightfully friendly server if she could serve us breakfast. She agreed and we had delicious fresh scrambled eggs with ham, bread, and a garnish of tomato, cucumber and lettuce for under 5€ each in mere moments. Of course it was a bit tacky of us to sit in one area and order from another but in our defense the first restaurant did have a menu sign advertising breakfast but they said that was old and breakfast was not available. Brownies is on the corner of Hohenzollernring and Maastrichtstrasse just down from Rudolfplatz U-bahn station there are about 20 other great eat spots all along there. Enjoy!
