My generous lovey dovey thought its worth a try then we did it! Nice interior...and splendid outdoor view of Cologne's Skyline. To me the best view in the entire Cologne's Restaurants (Osman does have a dazzling one but in Bellevue everything looks soooo dearing and bear). Great food. Outstanding service. What I have to mention, Bellevue is the most generous one Drinks. Enjoy your Sect/Champagner as much and as long as you wish. Forget Kameha Grand in Bonn, Hyatt' Glasshaus and Le Meridien' Le Merou who charge a lot for soft drinks.

The service was very friendly; despite our request for just coffee, we were shown to a set table and served attentively. However, all this comes at a price: a double espresso for €7.00. Oh well.
