There is probably a gluten-free corner for preparation and all staff are trained. If a kitchen is with gluten-containing dishes, there is certainly a risk of impurities. Was really happy!

Price/performance very good for vegan, which is always more expensive because of the tax : Totally great: the cheese and sauces are made in-house Only the ambience is something, well... but the shop can't do anything for the surroundings and the construction site next door ; Conclusion: definitely go and take non-vegan people with you and let them convince you of everything that is on the menu ;
