Rheinterrassen - Koeln

Must be 35 min waiting for one until we first get the menu it was very loud one would have the feeling that the staff was easily overwhelmed For eating I can't say anything negative but operation was very bad though only 6 tables were occupied Unfortunately we won't go to dinner anymore there are some other restaurant much more friendly and faster

A very pleasant dinner before an event in the nearby dance fountain, an ideal combination. The food was tasty and there were no long waiting times before the food and between the courses. Finally, due to the high number of visitors, it has somewhat longer waiting times for the invoice.

My wife and I had followed a recommendation to the Rheinterrassen restaurant and would like to continue this recommendation. As a non-Cologne, we enjoyed the evening view of the Rhine.

Cruel service, totally ratless and overwhelmed, food is still average, but everything else but fresh! My guest from the USA complained about the “old” fish! So don't eat there!

Very friendly and accommodating service. We were there before a theater visit and immediately suggestions were made which menu we can eat in peace in the time available.
