The friend of the French cuisine is well kept here, the menu is varied but not overloaded. There were two menus from the table that are almost cheap, anyway the price structure is more moderate. Smoked duck breast with Sauce Cumberland was the appetizer. Color and texture of the duck were perfect, the palate game was subtly supported by a spice berry. I suppose the quality of the sauce is that the kitchen does it itself. It followed the Kalbsragoût Grand Mère, a huge part, accompanied by napkin dumplings and a salad with harmonious dressing. There was nothing to complain, on the contrary, but the French grandmothers who were known to me would not use the exoticism of some spices. I finished the menu with a strawberry parrot. The house was very well visited early. Small drop of wormwood: One of the wonderful waiters was very hectic; he did not forget an order, but many details would have to be practiced.
