The service is incredibly slow—I 've waited around 2.5 hours for my food every time. It 's incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. It 's a shame because I was really willing to give the restaurant a fair chance. But when you repeatedly have to wait so long and nothing improves, you eventually lose patience. For me, it 's settled: Never again!
