T... read more I 've ordered from this restaurant several times now because I thought each time, Give them another chance. But unfortunately, the same thing keeps happening. The service is incredibly slow—I 've waited around 2.5 hours for my food every time. It 's incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. It 's a shame because I was really willing to give the restaurant a fair chance. But when you repeatedly have to wait so long and nothing improves, you eventually lose patience. For me, it 's settled: Never again!

The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. I was particularly struck by one person at the checkout who spoke in an Aleppo dialect and behaved very disrespectfully and unprofessionally. The tone was inappropriate and absolutely not customer-friendly. Overall, the visit was very unpleasant. I don't expect this kind of service in any restaurant. I won't be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.
