on a Saturday about approx. 18:30 after a short waiting period without booking still get a table.The service was friendly the chef italiener easy hectic, were quick to place and were patient to all had ordered. What Bia Grego doesn't like about Pizzeria Sole:
on recommendation we had ordered a table. the service gave us the drinks on the table. water was not damaged. after over an hour waiting after order we asked carefully when our food would come. we were cut off if we could not wait, we would have to go to mc donalds. the pizzas were o.k. but nothing special. the lamented. The pizza at Sole is super tasty. Nice choice of toppings and the special of the day is usually made with seasonal ingredients. I visit Koblenz once a year and Sole is THE restaurant we go to. I can't say the service is great at...all times. But the owner is really cool and the pizzas themselves are top class

Jeeesus this place used to be my living room two decades ago, then named Faustus. I had my own table that was kept days a week until Sadly, the Faustus faded away to the Pizzaria Sole later. BUT: If you're looking for...good pizza in Koblenz, this is THE place. Authentic, for sure! The Parmesan Schinken Pork is fantastic! And yes, I would make a min detour just to dine here mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve five stars
