The salad itself was okay, but the accompanying meat was cold and tough, making it inedible. After we informed the employee, he simply replied that the meat was probably cold because it had been sitting at the counter for a long time while he was preparing the other meals. Unfortunately, he offered neither a proper explanation nor an apology. We also had two bowls, which were okay. Unfortunately, the portions were not appropriate for the price; they were too small. We sat outside, the tables were dirty, and after asking for them to clean them, nothing was done. We had to wait longer for the food than at other Dean David branches.

I've already paid via PayPal and haven't received any food. I'm now waiting for a response from Lieferando about what will happen to my money since I can't request a cancellation myself. This situation is a disgrace.
