Tonkotsuya - Kobe

The pork bone shop is already delicious by its name, so I came to the store. When I buy a meal ticket and give it to the shop, can I make a large serving of green onions and something? I was told that I couldn't hear the latter half, so I asked for more green onions. When I listened to other customers' orders, it was probably a large serving of noodles. And the ramen that arrived! The visual perfect score is mellow! !! The taste is rich, but I felt that the aftertaste was light. The noodles were pretty fine, but they were well entwined with the soup! !! The price was good, so I'll come back again! Original 豚骨屋って、名前からしてすでに美味しそう...という事で来店。 食券を買ってお店の方に渡した時に、ネギと何かが大盛りに出来ますが？と言われ、後半が聞き取れなかったのでネギを多くして頂きました。 他のお客さんの注文をよく聞いたところ、恐らく麺大盛りと思われます そして届いたラーメン！ビジュアル満点はなまる！！ 味はコクがあるけど、後味はあっさりしている様に私は感じました。 麺はかなり細かったです、でもしっかりスープと絡んでgood！！ お値段もよかったので、また来ます！

平日2時くらいに来店 人はボチボチ、コロナ禍なのでいらっしゃいませは小さめ 食券機で食券買う カウンター席20ほど テーブルには紅生姜　にんにく　辛たれ　すりごま　胡椒　ラー油　餃子のタレ　お水はセルフ ティッシュ有りありがたい 豚骨屋ラーメンを注文　そんなに待たない 細麺ですか来てすぐは硬い感じメンマ食べながら柔らかくなるの少し待つ スープは天一コッテリ少し薄め悪くは無い　チャーシューはヤワヤワって感じじゃないのでスープや辛タレ、にんにくと絡めて楽しむ　後半すりゴマや辛タレで楽しむゴマスリスリできるの良い。 紅生姜で少しサッパリして終わる。 値段以上の満足感有り 近くにあればいいのにな

Hurdles away from the best I've ever eaten. I've always found shamen, but not here. they can even add spicy sauce, garlic, ingwer and sesame. that makes it even better. I have given up most of the other raven sites in kobe. I always come here.

Really, really good toncottsu wheels, and a fantastic value too. for 790 yen, the tonkotsu-ya ramen, complete with generous amounts of char siu pork and a perfect egg, can not beat. for 150 yen was a side of 4 gyoza also a steal.
