Hakkaku-an @mint Kobe

新年会として学生時代の友人３人と訪問。コースを予約してもらってたようです。最初のお豆腐はほんのり温かく、塩、だし醤油、梅風味のゴマの味付けを好みでいただけます。ふんわりとしていくらでもいけそう。そして、このあとの先付け、蒸篭蒸し、豆乳グラタンと続きました。 不味くはないですが余り特筆すべきものがなかったような気が…。ウチでも作れそうな感じでした。お豆腐の店だからもう少しそれを活かした料理の構成でも良かったかなと思います。

Presentation and service are nice. Size is a little compared with the price. And taste is normal. Same restaurant in Osaka is more exquisite.

It was the softness and the best of the meat. In the lunch course, Yukke came out, and finally Hodate porridge was delicious.

Great quality yakiniku. It is on the pricier side, but for the most part you get what you pay.
