Without a doubt, every resort in the area has its own beachside restaurant offering a mix of barbecue and Thai cuisine. What Anonym dislikes about Cook Kai:
I came here for a late dinner. The place was very quiet, which was disappointing to see. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere is very rustic. They offer a Thai menu as well as pizza, and have a large selection of drinks. Unfortunately, they were unable to serve cocktails. I ordered the vegetable fried rice. The portion was generous and exactly what I needed after a long day. The food was delicious and... View all feedback.
Undoubtedly, all the resorts in the area have their own beachside restaurant that essentially offers barbecue and Thai cuisine. In the Klong Nin Beach area, the restaurant that even waiters from other restaurants recommend is Cook-Kai. It is located on the street, not on the waterfront (the only downside), but the cozy atmosphere definitely makes up for it. The grilled fish is very fresh (the barracuda barbecue is really good), but the must-try dish is the kata ron seafood: a dish made with seafood served on an extremely hot plate with vegetables and a sauce that is a mixture of spicy and tangy. It's always crowded during high season, but worth the wait! Free WIFI and very good service. All the waiters speak English and are very friendly and attentive. Tel 0874618598 Cook-Kai.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant – the setting was lovely and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our meals so much that we visited twice during our stay. The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients, and the beer was served ice cold. The service was quick and efficient, and the chef even greeted us and escorted us to our table, which was a nice touch. Overall, we highly recommend visiting this restaurant, chatting with the owner, who is a fantastic host, and enjoying a delicious meal.
The restaurant is lovely, the food is delicious, and the service is very quick. The staff is exceptional and there are a few kids who are excited to chat with them.
