We watched as they prepared the homemade pasta, and the food was absolutely wonderful and authentic. The canneloni I had was the best I've ever tasted. Trattoria da Vinci on the Cape side of Sedgefield is a hidden gem. Again, like Mr Kaai, tucked away in an unassuming corner. Be warned, this is a very small, neat little place to eat, with food that is freshly prepared, including the pasta. Bring your own wine and relax while you wait for heavenly Italian dishes.
