Description
Nestled on Long Street, Lola's offers a unique dining experience, though guests should navigate it with caution. The absence of a traditional menu can be perplexing, with diners selecting from available options. While some dishes may be inaccurately labeled vegan, including those containing butter, the flavors delight most patrons. Standout items like soup receive praise, alongside heartier fare such as steak and venison. The venue boasts charming outdoor seating, inviting a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by attentive service. Diners recommend trying the diverse selections, but advise verifying ingredients to ensure an authentic experience. Overall, Lola’s presents a delectable culinary adventure.

Quick stop on timberlake on our way to Plett. Its a noce restaurant with ecofriendly ideas and manu vegetarian and vegan options.
Great sandwich but was limited for options because didn’t give them the notice they required to prepare the vegan choices.
The food in this place is amazing. It comes pre-prepared and they'll warm it up for you to eat there in one of the few tables available or you can take it with you. Be careful if you're vegan though as there is butter in some of the desserts and the woman working at the time initially told me that everything was vegan and then said that well, certain ones had butter but she doesn't consider that vegan. I do know that it has since changed ownership so hopefully they're more up front about this now. Regardless, the food is delicious and as much as I've eaten there, there hasn't been a single thing I didn't like.
After stumbling upon Lola 's on Long Street I inquired about the vegan options on their menu. They recommended that I visit Zucchinis. The first time I couldn 't find the place so I gave up. I tried again with a friend and finally managed to find it. There wasn 't a menu to order from. One has to choose from whatever is available. I titled my review Be Careful... for a reason. The woman who owns the place asked me if I considered butter vegan. Of course I do but she didn 't. So some of the vegan options aren 't really vegan at all since they contain butter. With this in mind there are some actual vegan options. I had some soup that was pretty good and my friend seemed to enjoy her food as well. Make sure you inquire about the ingredients to your food choice. Don 't assume the vegan label is accurate.
