What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Every time I’ve been to this location the FROSTY MACHINE IS BROKE. I live close by and I’ve tried at least six times in four months to get one with my order. I am over trying. No condiments three out of four times and staff was rude including night manager. Daytime mngr was nice. View all feedback.
Very clean, very professional staff, and the food was all hot and properly prepared, and tasty.. This is hands down one of the best Wendy's in Knoxville, and they make the best Arnold Palmer; I swear it. The absolute worst Wendy's in Knoxville is Broadway/Lincoln Park.
Food was good. Drive thru staff was great. An employee mopping the lobby needed to pull up his pants.
I went through the drive through Saturday and the burgers were so disgusting that I immediately threw them in the garbage and went straight to McDonalds. ??? They tasted like soap and ketchup. I'm pretty much done with Wendy's. I didn't go inside so I can't speak to the cleanliness, but the food I received was gross and also incorrect. (I orders 2 hamburgers ketchup only and received only one. The sweet tea was probably the only thing I got in my order that was remotely decent.
Everything was bad, but the fries win the prize for worst ever! They were grease soaked, and the grease was a bit rancid. Compare to pic!
World give 0 star if I can, waited 40min to get my food, I mean Wendy is a fast food restaurant.....
